I Am Not a Coach. I Work as a Guide.
I do not work from a model of performance, pressure, or constant strategy. My role is to listen beyond words and sense what is present but unspoken.
Through attunement, steadiness, and relational presence, I create a space where people feel genuinely seen — without being analyzed, rushed, or directed.
From that safety, insight and alignment arise naturally.
The presence itself is part of the work.
Grounded in Care, Discernment, and Emotional Safety
I am a registered nurse by background, and while this is not a clinical practice, that foundation deeply informs how I hold space.
My nursing background — along with years of leading healthcare-centered work — shaped my understanding of steadiness, ethics, discernment, containment, and the importance of emotionally safe, well-held spaces.
In addition to my background in nursing, I have owned and led multiple healthcare-centered companies, including work in home health, hospice, palliative care, and integrative clinical settings.
These experiences deeply influence the way I support others: with care, depth, grounded presence, and respect for the complexity of what it means to be human.
Integrative and Lived, Not Theoretical
My work is also informed by experience in deeply intentional transformational and integrative spaces.
Over the years, I have been drawn to forms of healing and growth that honor both grounded discernment and intuitive depth — always with an emphasis on safety, integration, and what is real.
This work bridges practical steadiness with deeper inner transformation.
It is less about techniques, and more about what becomes possible when someone feels safe enough to tell the truth.
This Work Is Deeply Lived
This work is informed not only by professional experience, but by lived experience.
I understand what it means to unravel old relational patterns, examine the effects of dysfunction, and learn how to stop abandoning yourself in the places you once sought love, belonging, or safety.
My own path has been one of returning to sovereignty, self-trust, self-love, and wholeness.
That embodied understanding is part of what I bring into this work.
