I Am Not a Coach. I Work as a Guide.
I do not work from a model of performance, pressure, or constant strategy. My role is to listen beyond words and sense what is present but unspoken.
Through attunement, steadiness, and relational presence, I create a space where people feel genuinely seen — without being analyzed, rushed, or directed.
From that safety, insight and alignment arise naturally.
The presence itself is part of the work.
Experience & Credentials
My work is grounded in both professional experience and lived experience. For more than a decade, I have worked at the intersection of healthcare, trauma-informed care, human behavior, personal growth, and profound life transition.
My background includes:
- Registered Nurse (BSN)
- More than 10 years of experience in hospice and healthcare, supporting hundreds of patients and families through end-of-life care, grief, change, and profound transition
- Founder and operator of multiple healthcare organizations, including a mobile medical group, hospice organization, and ketamine-assisted therapy clinic
- Co-author of Finding You, an integration program created to help individuals make sense of their experiences and carry lasting insights into everyday life
- Experience supporting and guiding hundreds of individuals through deeply transformative experiences and the integration that follows
- Six-month intensive training in plant medicine facilitation
- More than 10 years of dedicated study in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, human behavior, emotional healing, and integrative approaches to well-being
I believe lasting transformation isn’t about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been beneath the layers of survival, conditioning, and protective patterns.
A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF TRANSITION
My years in hospice profoundly shaped the way I understand transformation.
For more than a decade, I had the privilege of accompanying patients and families through one of life’s most sacred transitions: the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
Hospice taught me that transition is not simply about loss. It is about identity, meaning, surrender, relationship, grief, love, and learning how to move forward when life as you knew it is changing.
I witnessed hundreds of people navigate this threshold—patients confronting what comes next, and families learning how to release, adapt, grieve, and find their way into a new reality.
That experience continues to inform my work today.
I understand that profound change affects not only the person moving through it, but the entire system around them. Whether someone is navigating the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, a major life transition, or an internal awakening, there is often a period of uncertainty between who they were and who they are becoming.
I know how to sit with people in that space.
GROUNDED IN CARE, DISCERNMENT & EMOTIONAL SAFETY
I am a registered nurse by background, and while this is not a clinical practice, that foundation deeply informs how I hold space.
My nursing background and years of leading healthcare-centered organizations shaped my understanding of steadiness, ethics, discernment, containment, and emotionally safe spaces.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply respectful of the complexity of being human. I bring both professional training and the wisdom that comes from having spent years alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and meaningful moments of their lives.
INTEGRATIVE, EMBODIED & LIVED
My work is informed not only by professional experience, but by lived experience.
I understand what it means to unravel old relational patterns, examine the effects of dysfunction, rebuild self-trust, and learn to stop abandoning yourself in the places where you once sought love, belonging, or safety.
My own path has been one of returning to sovereignty, self-trust, self-love, and wholeness.
This work is not theoretical to me. It is lived.
I believe transformation becomes possible when we have enough safety to tell the truth, enough courage to listen to what we discover, and enough support to integrate that truth into the way we live.
My role is not to tell you who to become.
It is to create the grounded, compassionate space where you can return to who you truly are.
